Frank Connolly's (3rd grade at MMSA) grandma is lucky enough to live in this beautiful piece of the world. She has a guest house on her property that she has generously donated to be auctioned off for the Spring Fling. She has a full array of beach toys, towels and lots of local knowledge to pass along.

This beach community is located 2.5 hours north of Sydney, and less than an hour from the Hunter Valley wine country.
